Hey I'm going off to camp today for the whole week, so I won't be able to post anything. However, I wanted to tell you guys that next Saturday, Pittsfield is having this "vinatge baseball game" and yesterday James Warwick, the director I worked with in Damn Yankees last summer, offered me a acting job at the game. He was asked to hire some kids to perform some skits throughout the game and he asked me! Ahhhh! I am so excited. So if you can't make it to the game, it will be broadcast live- LIVE- on ESPN. Saturday night, 7:00. So I will most likely be on national TV! How cool is that! Alright, it's 9:30 and I have to get going. Bye bye!

Today is the day I can legally drive my friends around. I have officially had my licsense for 6 months! *small celebration*. Too bad school's out and I won't see my friends everyday anymore. :(

I just saw my favorite commercial, the citibank one with the Asian girl in the dentist's office. I laugh hysterically everytime I see it. It was just on. I'm bored....

Yay! Today I saw Harry Potter 3. I'm finally catching up on all the movies I've been wanting to see. I never got to see Troy, or The Day After Tommorow, but they'll be on DVD eventually. As I said I did see Harry Potter today, and I saw Shrek 2 (finally!) yesterday. Shrek 2 was soooo funnny! I laughed hysterically throughout it. It really was good. And Harry Potter was good too. I'd have to say it is probably my favorite of the three movies, I loved the dark, adult edge to it this time. The only thing that bothered me was that the new director changed Hogwarts around! I mean, it isn't a horrible thing, but it kind of bothered me Hagrid's cabin was in a different place and the scenery around the castle was different. It's still OK though. It was a very good movie. Now all I have to see is The Stepford Wives, Dodgeball, and Farenheit 9/11 (coming out Friday- love Michael Moore!). However, unless I see three movies on Sunday (the only day I'm home for the next two weeks) I won't see them until I get back or until they're out on DVD. Oh well.

If you are here, that means I've given you the address to this site in some way or another. Bookmark it (for Sara that means to add it to your Favorite Places) and visit it every so often. I'm gonna try updating it as much as I can. It's hard though with everything I'm gonna be doing this summer. Next week I leave for DARTS on Friday and am there until July 10th. After that, on the 12th, I'm going to be an intern for the Berkshire Opera. That's until the 31st. Then I get a week long break and I'm off for a week up camping in Maine on the Beach. When I get home from that, I'm doing the internship with the Colonial Theater again for the last two weeks in August. Then, I move into MCLA on September 4th. I have a non-stop summer. Oy. I'll try an keep you guys updated on what's going on though.

Anyways, I just got back from orientation (well, last Friday- I've been busy!). It was really fun. I met a ton of new people, a couple who I know we're going to become good friends (one of them, her name is Valerie would fit in perfectly with us!) I'm so excited about moving in, being out there by myself in a whole new school and stuff. You know? It's crazy and sad at the same time. But things look good. I basically spent the two days hanging out with Carri, Corrin, Michelle, and Krista. I felt really comfortable with them and we hung out until the wee hours of the morning talking (reminiscent of NYC!). It was a lot of fun, again, I say that but I mean it. My schedule for next year kinda sucks though. I'm not in any theater classes (grrr...) but I am taking chorus and an art class. They're requirements for the major, so I'm just getting them out of the way. I'm also taking math (real basic math- on the placement test I answered 6 out of 20- not good.) I'm also taking a college writing course and an intro the fine and performing arts course, which everyone in my major has to take. The kids taking theater with me seem nice, I didn't really get to talk to all of them, but there are a couple of weird kids, a couple of stuck up bitches, the usual. My earliest class is 9:30 AM, which isn't bad at all. But I take math on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30 to 4:45. It sucks, I know, it was the only one open. The rest had closed. So I have to take an hour and 15 mins of a math I don't want to be in- but it's only two days a week and only for 4 months. That's all. I'm such an optimist.
